The official dates for Regional Golf are Monday, April 16 and Tuesday, April 17, 2012. The official dates for Regional Tennis are Wednesday, April 18 and Thursday, April 19, 2012.

ENTRIES AND FEES
EACH DISTRICT DIRECTOR SHOULD SEND TO THE REGIONAL FISCAL DIRECTOR, MR. Wade Stidevent, THE GOLF ENTRY FEE OF $60.00 PER TEAM BY TUESDAY, APRIL 10, 2012. INDIVIDUAL SCHOOLS WILL BE BILLED BY THEIR DISTRICT DIRECTOR.
NOTE: A listing of all district winners and runner up, team and medal play, should be emailed using the electronic form found on the website to Gabe Reynoldshas: no later than April 10, 2012. Failure to send the above information may be grounds for disqualification.
GENERAL INFORMATION
GREEN FEES: $150.00 for each team payable to Quail Creek Country Club . There will be a $30.00 fee per non-team individual player. The green fee checks should be delivered by the coach at the coaches’ meeting at Quail Creek C.C. at 6:00 p.m., on Sunday April 15. All CHECKS WILL BE MADE PAYABLE TO QUAIL CREEK COUNTRY CLUB. This includes unlimited driving range balls during competition on Monday and Tuesday, only, April 16 and 17.
PRACTICE ROUNDS: One practice round will be allowed at Quail Creek April 1-15, 2012. Call Gabe Reynoldshas, Golf Director, for practice times. Call him at (512) 353-1665. Green fee for the practice round is $11.00 weekdays and $15.00 weekends per player.
Play will be governed by USGA, UIL, and Local rules. In regional and state competition, the player shall pick up the ball and record a score of 9 after the 8th stroke.
Parents and school officials may follow players on the golf course.
NO COACHING is permitted and players are subject to disqualification if such occurs. There should be no dialogue between a player and any spectator or parent. Spectators may not follow the players in the fairway. Spectators must walk in the roughs or on the cart paths, where provided. Spectators must stay at least 30 yards away from the players. Any protest during the tournament must be initiated by a school official (either the coach or principal) of the school for which a student is playing. The protest must be filed with the Protest Committee.
