Texas State University is pleased to host the Spring Academic Meet Contests of the University Interscholastic League, Region IV, Conference AA. Together with MacArthur High School, Judson ISD, Quail Creek Golf Course and the numerous contest directors and assistant directors, we hope to assist the public schools of this region in having a superior meet during the following dates:
Thursday – April 19 – One-Act Play
Friday – April 20 – Lincoln-Douglas Debate
Computer Science (Written and Progamming)
Saturday, April 21 – Academic Contests
Speech Contests
Monday-Tuesday – April 16-17 Golf
Wednesday-Thursday – April 18-19 Tennis
Friday-Saturday – April 27-28 Track & Field.
The Region IVAA Handbook has been carefully prepared to assist you in the Region IV-AA 2012 Spring Academic and Athletic Meet events of UIL. Please follow the instructions outlined in this handbook and in the Constitution and Contest Rules of the University Interscholastic League, 2011-2012 edition, to have a smooth and successful meet.
